This study aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication in the treatment of Coeliac disease, an autoimmune condition that can cause gut issues, chronic fatigue, and other adverse reactions when gluten is ingested.

  • Medically diagnosed with Coeliac disease
  • Have been managing Coeliac disease symptoms with a gluten-free diet for at least 12 months

This study aims to test the safety and therapeutic effect of a potential new treatment (eye drop suspension) in people with autoimmune conditions who are suffering from dry eyes.

Eligibility
  • 18 to 85 years
  • Have had ongoing dry eyes for at least 6 months
  • Have been using artificial tears (e.g. lubricating eye drops) at least twice daily for 30 days or more
  • Have a history of systemic inflammatory autoimmune disease
